23 days post op, my left breast look bigger than my right. Is this normal? (photos)

You look really, nice and high and tight.  So that's good.  Some unevenness is normal.  So keep going back and keep your PS in the loop.  Review your operative note with your PS and both implant sizes.  Try to determine if this was there preop, or if this is normal swelling, or is this implant or if something needs to be addressed. Thank you for your pictures.  I would be concerned about this.  This could represent swelling, excessive tissue or event the implant.  This needs to addressed.

It's too early to tell how your results will look because swelling and bruising are still at their worst. Plus, your implants haven't dropped, yet. Wait about 4 months to assess. It is common for the breasts to heal asymmetrically, so don't be too concerned about that right now.

Nothing has changed since your first posting except the # of days post op! You are very uneven... Who was your surgeon? You need revision surgery after a few months of healing... 

My first impression is to reassure you that you still have a fair amount of healing to do. The picture you included is not good enough see what is really going on. I tell my patients that each breast has to heal independently and it is common to have different swelling for at least 6 to 8 weeks. This can happen from sleeping on one side, being more active with one arm, normal menstrual cycles, etc. Mother nature is usually forgiving but it takes 8 weeks before you can draw any lasting conclusions about the result. However, it is important for your Surgeon to see you enough to make sure nothing else is going on. If your surgeon is confident that everything is progressing normally, keep the faith. If you continue to have concerns, getting a second opinion from a competent Plastic Surgeon is a reasonable thing to do. It can really help to reassure you and make you sleep better.

I do see your asymmetry.  However you are still very early in your recovery and is impossible to evaluate your result right now.My suspicion is the right breast was smaller thus the closure of the left is tighter and is holding the implant higher.  This most likely will stretch out further with more time but may not achieve the same level as the left breast implant.  Please wait 3-4 months and continue to follow closely with your plastic surgeon.
