I had bl with implants 400 cc 23 days ago, im worried about the actual look because the left breast look much larger And diferent than the right breast, at 15 days post op went to my ps and he said it wasn't seroma or hematoma, but im very worried because i still see a significant asymmetry, my ps told me than they are healing very well and is normal, is hard to believe for me, i use a bra called "airbra" im feeling very depresed about all this, dont wanna even look myself in a mirror

It looks like a spitting suture which is relatively simple to remove. Better to have this removed by your surgeon. Please don't touch it because you could infect it.
I would discourage drumming just two weeks following a breast lift. This is still quite early in the post operative period. There is a good chance that you could cause injury to your breast that would require another surgery.
You do have two different breasts, different size implants, and use your arms differently. It is not unusual for one breast to settle a little more quickly than the other breast. I would suggest discussing your concerns with your plastic surgeon. Tissue massage, anti-inflammatory drugs like...
