Swelling after surgery is normal and can take weeks to resolve. Icing, wearing a support bra, and keeping your activity pretty light would be the best ways to get the swelling to resolve. Otherwise, just try your best to be patient and let your body heal at its own pace. If the swelling is getting worse, or is not improving at all, you should see your surgeon in person (if possible) for an evaluation. If you only had surgery on the right breast, it will seem relatively worse than if you had surgery on both sides, as you are comparing a swollen post-surgical breast to a non-operated breast.
