Answer: Options for breast implant revision You have many issues going on here. Of course a thorough examination by a board certified plastic surgeon would be in order, but from your photos , you appear to have both a capsular contracture and "snoopy deformity" breast gland on the right. That means the implant is encased in scar tissue, but the breast pocket itself is too large, and the breast tissue is sliding off the front of the implant. The left breast may also have a capsular contracture because, unless you took the photo leaning over, the shape appears off. What may be advisable is starting over: removing the implants, taking out the capsular contracture(s), doing a mastopexy to get your nipples in the right spot, then letting you heal. The mastopexy would reduce the size of your areolae in addition to correcting the size of the breast pocket. If you want a larger size for more cleavage, doing an augmentation could be addressed after about six months once your breasts have settled. What's most important is that you find a surgeon whom you trust and with whom you are comfortable. They should listen to all your concerns and your goals before putting together a workable plan for getting you the results you want. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast Implant Revision and Lift From your pictures and comments, you seem to have a number of problems. The only way to solve them is with a board certified plastic surgeon significantly experienced in revision breast surgery. Make sure you check the credentials before consulting someone. Your right breast, from the picture, would seem to be large enough to give you a B cup without the implant. You will, however, need a lift to provide an optimal result. You will also need a capsulectomy. If a new, smaller implant is needed, I would use a textured one. It is hard to tell what the left will need. It will probably need an implant and lift to match the other side. The lift will provide you the smaller areolae you desire. Make sure, at your consultation, you discuss everything that bothers you and your desires, specifically the size you wish to be.
