Breasts are already looking saggy. Will I have to undergo another lift? (Photo)

Update: I very recently (it’s not even been a year) had a breast lift (pexia benelli ) with 390cc implants. If I am 100% honest I do not know the placement of the implants or what kind they were (round, Hugh profile ect ect) all I know is they were Nagor 390cc. My doc had originally said 375cc because I said I didn’t want them to be overly big, and wanted them more natural for my body size. I then told him, all my friends have recommended going a little bigger, because once placed, they do not look as big as expected, hence why we choose 390 (to be honest, now I wish I had of went a little bigger still!!) I am 32, 2 children (natural births) 161cm and 55kgs. I breast feed the first for 1 year and the second for 6months - though I continued to pump untill a 1.5 years (I stopped giving breast direct because I was producing so much milk my baby would choke). I was a 32b before having kids, and when breastfeeding with my last, I was easily a 32E(if not more) From the front view, my breasts look fine. I have a better cleavage, but there is no projection up top. From the side, the look just the same as they did before surgery, only slightly bigger. I am extremely disappointed that so soon after having surgery that I spent ages saving for, that my breasts already look like they are sagging. Will I have to undergo another lift? We’re my implants placed to low to begin with? What do you recommend? In the last photo I am lifting it up a little to show where I would have liked them to be sitting from the side view
