Can I get implants first and then lift later to minimize potential complications?

I breastfed two and have lost 60 pounds resulting in my former 38 DD to be 36 DD with much room to spare in my bra. The tops are deflated and nipples are not straight down to floor but not at crease level either. If implants can be done first, would saline vs silicone and under vs over work best?
