I had a breast lift and implants September 2021. My right breast swollen in the upper part of my breast in the collar bone area. I want to know why it is still swollen, or if its another issue

The procedure can definitely be performed at two different times, however this can be confirmed by your surgeon. They can also let you know which implant placement would be more suitable for you. Your surgeon may recommend doing the lift first.

The pigmentation you are seeing is residual areolar tissue that could not be completely removed during the breast lift. This is not uncommon and fairly easy to treat. The pigmented area can be excised once the tissues have relaxed adequately to allow a repair without excessive tension.
