I am a natural dd/e I am wondering if the implant size impacts my current size with a lift will a 450cc result similar to someone starting with a b or c cup? does my current size impact the 450cc implant resulting in a possibly larger size?

Yes. A 450 cc implant will not produce the same final breast size in someone who already has a natural DD/E cup as it would in someone starting with a B or C cup. The implant volume is added to your existing breast tissue, so with your current volume, a 450 cc implant combined with a lift could result in a very large breast. If your goal is primarily better shape, upper-pole fullness, and lifting rather than a major increase in size, I would consider a Push-Up Lift first, using your existing breast tissue to create projection and upper-pole fullness. If additional volume is still desired afterward, a smaller implant can be selected much more accurately. Implant choice should therefore be based on your existing breast volume, breast width, tissue characteristics, and desired final size&mdash;not the cc number alone.
