Hello I am 34 years old 5'2 and weight 145pounds. My doctor placed 275cc round imoderate implant amd completed a breast lift however i am not happy at all! I feel my breasts are still flat fom the top and just rounded out at the bottom. Any advise/opinion would be appreciated!

Your breasts are wider than the chest wall and the breasts are not lifting the breasts. At this time, I recommend explantation and breast lift using the Bellesoma. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

A breast lift can improve breast position and shape, but it does not always create strong upper-pole fullness. With a 275 cc moderate-profile implant, the result can still look relatively natural or lower-pole dominant, especially if your tissues are loose or the implant sits lower on the chest.
If you want more fullness at the top, the usual options are changing to a larger implant, a higher-profile implant, or revising the implant pocket so the implant sits in a better position. Sometimes an internal bra or pocket adjustment is needed if the lower pole has stretched or the implant has settled too low.
It is also important to know how long ago the surgery was done. Early after surgery, swelling and implant position can change, but if you are many months out and the upper pole remains flat, it may reflect the implant choice, tissue quality, or pocket position.
A lift alone cannot keep the upper breast full if there is not enough volume there. Fat grafting can add subtle fullness, but it is usually limited and less predictable than an implant change for a more rounded upper pole.
My advice would be to discuss your exact goal with your surgeon using photos. Ask whether the issue is implant size/profile, pocket position, or lower-pole stretch. If you want a rounder upper-pole look, a revision with a different implant profile and possible pocket support may be more effective than another lift alone.

Thank you for sharing your photos. I can understand why you’re disappointed, especially if your goal was to achieve more fullness in the upper part of your breasts.
Based on the photos provided, it appears that your breasts have healed with a natural lower pole shape, but there is relatively limited upper pole fullness. This does not necessarily indicate that anything was done incorrectly&mdash;it may reflect a combination of your preoperative anatomy, skin quality, implant size, implant profile, and the surgical plan chosen.
A 275 cc moderate-profile implant provides a relatively modest increase in projection. In patients with a wider breast base or a greater amount of native breast tissue following a lift, this size and profile may not create the prominent upper pole fullness that some patients desire.
Before considering revision surgery, I would also want to know how long it has been since your operation. Breasts continue to soften and settle over several months, and the final contour cannot be judged in the early postoperative period.
If, after complete healing, your goal is a fuller upper pole, revision surgery may be an option. Depending on your anatomy and soft tissue characteristics, this could involve exchanging to a larger and/or higher-profile implant, with or without adjustments to the implant pocket. The exact recommendation would depend on measurements of your breast width, tissue thickness, skin quality, and the position of your nipple-areola complex.
The most important question is not whether your implants are too small, but whether the current implant is appropriately matched to the shape you are hoping to achieve. Some patients prioritize a very natural slope, while others prefer a rounder upper pole. Understanding that aesthetic goal is essential before planning any revision.
I would recommend discussing your concerns with your surgeon first, as they know your anatomy and the reasoning behind the original surgical plan. If your goals remain different after healing is complete, seeking a second opinion from a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in revision breast surgery can also be very helpful.
