Could skin retraction & overall results be compromised if the area did not receive compression for the 1st 3 days?

So, post my liposuction I wore my full body compression garment straight away but I noticed some bruising in the upper back area and under armpit area that might have recieved some liposuction. However the body suit did not extend all the way to upper back and under armpit area. I did purchase an open chest upper back and arm compression garment but it arrived 3days later, which means this area did not receive compression for first 3days. Would this compromise skin retraction and overall result?

Thank you for your question. If you had more fat in your waist and back, you could have a thinner waist. However, your waist is already thin and you do not have any fat in your waist, back and hips that can be removed with liposuction.
The recovery time after liposuction varies from person to person and depends on the extent of the procedure. Generally, you can expect to return to work within a few days to a week, but it's best to follow your surgeon's advice for a personalized recovery plan.
