I had a tummy tuck for years ago and as you can see in the pictures, I still have some loose skin. Do you think that having liposuction will help me or having a tummy tuck revision? As far as my back, I definitely want to have liposuction. Do you recommend jplasma?

Answer: Revision surgery Liposuction and scar revision of the entire tummy tuck will lower your scar, flatten your contours, and give definition to your belly. Unfortunately, I am now convinced that J Plasma does not have the ability to tighten skin that is thick, like back skin. I do not recommend using it because it will be a waste of money. However, J Plasma of the abdomen after liposuction is completed would be a good idea.

Answer: Tummy tuck revision and circumferential extension You will need a revision of the tummy tuck for the excess skin. I also recommend a circumferential extension, which is basically a body lift. The excess skin on the back will not be corrected by liposuction only.
