As with most issues in rhinoplasty, there is no singular, "best" technique to repair a hanging columella. An examination is usually necessary to determine the cause of somebody's hanging columella. Sometimes it's simply from a nasal septum that comes down too low. In our practice, we typically achieve repair by dividing the tip cartilages to allow a straighter appearance of the medial crura. A columella strut graft is often helpful to improve upon columella straightening, as well. Shortening the hanging columella is quite simple. It can be done under local anesthesia with incisions inside the nostrils. Although it’s simple not all plastic surgeons know how to do it and will use the open rhinoplasty instead so shop around. Should be around $3000 to $4000

I think your nose looks fine, and I question if changing your columella position is justified.
I think your find prices will vary dramatically, depending who you consult with.
I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with senior plastic surgeons, who have decades of experience doing rhinoplasty surgery.
Sometimes it’s better to leave good enough alone.
