Will it get “flatter” as it gets softer over time or will i need revsion to fix it?? ALSO does edema effect collumella ?? IF i derorate my tip will it fix it ?? Without having to cut my collumella? my collumella looks like that only when i smile in pic Its all stressing me out thank you
