Hi. I’m a 38yo female. Fit and well. I dislike my nose - especially on my side profile. It seems short/upturned with alar retraction and a hanging columella. I’ve never had surgery before. Is it possible to have this surgically corrected? And if so what is the best way of finding a surgeon capable of doing a good job based in the uk? Most surgeons post results of fixing bumps/large noses, I’m not sure who is best to approach for this (more specialised?) procedure. Thanks, Stacy
