What is wrong with the tip of my nose?

I had Rhinoplasty nearly 2 years ago, so it is very much healed I would say. I had thick bulbous skin before, very pudgy, no real definition. I had my nose fixed for breathing reasons but asked them to give it some shape. I feel like they've ruined the tip of my nose. I don't want to have surgery again ideally but what is wrong with the tip of my nose? What can I do to it? I think it would look better if it was fatter / facing downwards more..

In your before photographs, your lateral crura is concave and possibly quite weak.  That is why your nose has a very prominent tip.  At surgery, they changed the angle of your columella lip, which is improvement.  However, the lateral crura was not repaired.  At this time, I recommend cartilage graft or revision of the existing tissue to create a more linear appearance rather than the concavity, which is making the tip look excessively large.

The best way to find out exactly what was done at the time of your rhinoplasty would be to obtain your surgeons operative notes. These would tell you exactly what was done.  If your nasal tip was previously rounded, the most probable procedure performed was trimming and suture modification of the shape your nasal tip cartilage. It is possible your surgeon also did some thinning of the nasal tip tissues to define your nasal tip better.  Speak with your surgeon to see if there are options to soften your nasal tip shape. To make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Rhinoplasty surgery is complex and not all plastic. Not all plastic Surgeons are good at this procedure.
The first recommendation would be to follow up with the surgeon who did your procedure. If that’s not possible, then schedule a few in person consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community. In order to make an assessment for your route, you will need to bring before and after pictures. If you don’t want surgical intervention, then you can probably skip having consultations. We can’t tell you why your nose looks the way it does without knowing what it look like before your procedure.
