Hi. Maybe you do need another revision or triming of your collumella. Is not a difficult technique, is just to remove a soft triangle shape tissue in front of the septum and suture it pulling up the tip, at the same time.

Hello! A hanging columella often occurs from a lack of support at the caudal septum. A strong cartilage graft, rather than trimming more support, is the fix. This is best achieved via an open approach where the complete tip structure can be visualized. If you've had trouble with skin depressions from steroid injections, I would avoid them. Re-visit with your surgeon - if you're comfortable - to see what other options exist. Otherwise, further consultations may be best. Hope this helps!
