I had my 3rd rhinoplasty in August 2021. The first 6 months were fine. After this, a kenalog shot left a bump on the tip. My collumella also began to drop. An in office procedure to trim the collumella was performed in office in November 2022. It has come back again. What can i do?

Based on your photos, you do not appear to have an overrotated nasal tip appearance. please consider reasking your question with both before and after photos so we can see what has changed. Thank you. DR Joseph
From the photographs presented, your nose looks very good with the exception of the residual dorsal hump and high glabella. This can be shaved down, and will probably require osteotomies. Best to follow up with your operative surgeon since they know what was done in the first procedure. A double...
There were no large studies to compare long term outcome of these two type of rib grafts for nasal reconstruction. However, many of us that are using both type of grafts have impression that there is no significant difference in take, survival, resorption, etc. Hope this helps.
