I am currently in the process of getting consult for revision rhinoplasty, One major thing I am seeking is restoring some of my bridge height as the ethnic identity loss Is quite bothersome for me. Can adding bridge height via rib cartilage be done with closed approach? What are some pros of having close versus open revision rhinoplasty? I know many prefer open as they are able to see the anatomy better but I do like the idea of not having it open/less trauma
