How did this surgeon leave me this line going down the middle of my nose I can literally feel it when I touch my nose feels like part of my septum not sure ? And can this be fixed

If your breathing is improved with Q-tips, as you demonstrated, depending on your examination, small, supporting stretch of cartilage may be used to support your airway, and to improve the pinched appearance of your tip. Hope this helps Dr. Joseph.

Hi @laniiii138459! Nostril asymmetry will not likely improve with steroid injections. A revision rhinoplasty may be necessary, but I would wait at least 12 months for all swelling to subside. Best of luck!
