45, Loose lax neck options? Is a neck lift my only option? (Photos)

I have had two liposuction procedures to remove excess fat under my chin since it is hereditary to have large double chins in our family. Now at age 45, however, it seems like the skin is suddenly extra loose. Is my only option a mini face, neck lift, or could something less invasive and expensive help?

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for lower face and/or necklift. The muscle underneath needs to be tightened and the skin redraped for the best long term result. You can always try less invasive options like Ultherapy, RF microneedling, or FaceTite, but the result will not be as good, and it will not last nearly as long. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

Based on your post photos, you have a moderate to significant amount of under chin loose skin. You could try minimally, invasive techniques like Endo lift laser, but might take 2 to 3 sessions under local anesthesia each session approximately $2000. Versus doing open neck lift technique fee approximately $8000. Best of virtual consult with for better explanation.
