35y.o female recently completed my weight loss journey but hate me chin area. Would I benefit more from a mini neck liftor chin and neck lipo?

Hello, congrats on completing your weight loss goals.
Based on what’s visible, the issue is mainly fat under the chin, not loose neck skin. Your skin quality still looks good for your age.
For that reason, chin liposuction would likely give you a better result than a mini neck lift. A lift is usually reserved for clear skin laxity or banding, which after reviewing your photos, I can say that is not prominent here.
