Do I need a neck lift to tighten and lift my turkey neck? (photo)

I've already had the 1 stitch facelift and it's done nothing. What would you recommend to help tighten and lift my turkey neck? Maybe a mini lift? (Not sure what that even entails?) Many thanks

I don't even know what a one stitch facelift is but it sounds more an inadequate.  It definitely looks like you'd need a real lift that addresses the platysma. Whatever a surgeon calls as a "mini lift" is just a marketing term - you'd want to ask specifically that the platysma is lifted.

Just based on your photo, I would say that you appear to be a good candidate for a facelift.  This procedure tightens the neck and lower face.  Your photo shows skin laxity in the neck as well as along the jawline.  A facelift would improve both these areas.

Getting the lower jawline/neck smooth and tight is so easy with the advance Mini Lift which is done under local and with quick dramatic results.  The 1 stitch lift is usually worthless.
