Is dermal filler (Restylane and Juvederm) safe to get when you have perioral dermatitis?

I've been on antibiotics on and off for long time because I get PD breakouts constantly. At the moment the antibiotics are keeping them at bay, and I would like to get my lips injected, but I am scared to in case I break out with PD in the future. Am I taking a risk with complications ie, Biofilms, bacteria and infections etc?
