I fully disagree with the doctor who is advising you to wait longer before being concerned about this. Your doctor is not experienced or knowledgable regarding these services.  These lumps can be adjusted manually by direct pressure. If you wait longer, then enzyme will be needed to breakdown the filler.  Restylane is a fussy product that must be sculpted in place. It is not like the so-called smooth fillers that are runny and tend to "fix" themselves.  This tendency to run is not a good quality when filling the under eye area. This service complication will persist for years if it is not ironed out. I suspect that you need to find a better injector who really understands these services and knows what it means to listen to patient concerns.

It doesn't look right, but I cannot tell what happened just based on your photos. Consider seeing a very experienced injector in Dubai for an appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Best wishes, Dr. Aldo

Thank you for your question and sorry for your first filler experience did not go well for you.  Although swelling can normally occur for fist 1-2 weeks after the filler injection, it is best for you return to your doctor for some adjustments.  If you still not like the result after the adjustment, the filler can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase injection.  I hope this helps to ease your worries.  Wishing you the best.
