there are options to move the nipples via surgery.  The amount of lateral movement you are seeking would also depend on how much the middle skin can still stretch.  during your consult your surgeon will be able to tell you if what you are looking for can be achieved or not.

It looks like your nipples are too medial and too high.
It is difficult to move them in a more lateral position, even more difficult in a more inferior one. It might be possible with a procedure that reorganises the breast tissue and possibly removes more tissue.
You need to discuss your concerns with a Plastic Surgeon and have a good examination and analyse the options. Only with a thorough assessment you would be able to have a realistic answer to your question.

The question is best answered by an in-person exam. Moving the nipples a small distance can be an easy, in-office procedure. However, moving the nipples more than 2 cm will require more incisions and potentially a trade off with the scars. Make sure you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to get your options.

If you’re not happy with the placement of your nipples, you can consider having revision surgery to  improve it.
It can be a little tricky to correct, one option is to have your areola diameter reduced so that it doesn’t show up in your swimsuits.
