Hi all, I have more blackheads, acne, discoloration and just overall more rough texture on the skin of my nose post-rhinoplasty (2 wks). It doesn’t look severe or abnormal and I’m not too worried about it, but I am curious: from your experience with patients, when does the skin of the nose usually return to “normal”, more like the skin on the rest of the face? In the meantime, should skin regimens just be gentle? Cleanser/toner/moisturizer + SPF?
