I did cocaine 3 days before liposuction (under local anesthesia), will I be OK?

Cocaine can substantially alter the physiology including the neuroendocrine system. It's unlikely it would cause a problem three days after its use but this does require you to reported to your surgeon.

no you will not! You're taking significant risk with your health by combining elective surgery with illegal drugs. 

Yikes! Absolutely not. Be sure to tell your surgeon or anesthesiologist this can put you at high risk of cardiac events during surgery! Don't do it! 

 That's a little bit like asking is it OK to drink and drive even if you're below the limit.  it certainly less than ideal.Your body will have metabolized any cocaine by three days.Using drugs like cocaine immediately before or after a procedure is a poor idea.You should be honest with your surgeon and letting him or her guide the direction from here on.  cocaine is perhaps the most addictive of all substances and hasdestroyed millions of lives.Be careful playing with fire. Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
