Does a stem cell-enriched fat transfer increase survival rate of the fat?

Nobody can say with certainity how much addition of fat cell derived stem call would enchance survival of fat grafts. Although there are multiple studies in the past and present dealing with this issue we are still not competely aware what is exactly going on. Take of fat grafts is still fairly unpredictable and may depend of many factors, including presence of fat sterm cells. Hope this may help.

fat viability depends a lot of surgeon technique. The fat has to be placed back into the buttocks as soon as possible so that it has a greater chance of survival. It has to be placed carefully so that not too much fat is placed in only one area

Stem cells can be helpful, but there are stem cells in every fat transfer just by the method of collection.

Stem cells are found in the connective tissue that supports the fat cells.
These stem cells can be extracted from the Patients fat and grown in the lab to greatly increase their numbers.
The stem cells are then injected with ye fat cells at the time of surgery. This process has shown excellent results with fat grafting, however it is not FDA in the US.
The stem cell can be increased in concentration by removing the fat cells from portion of the harvested fat. The concentrated stem cell are then added to the fat before injection .Improved results are seen with this technique

A lot of people have claimed stem cells would revolutionize medical care as we know it. Despite all the hope and early claims stem cells have really not changed anything in terms of day today medical clinic will practice. providers who claim using stem cell separation give superior results are doing so without solid scientific, backing, and are often significantly overcharging for their services claiming superiority. Within the fact, their results are based on variables, other than the selection of stem cells. I suggest patients considering any cosmetic surgical procedure focus on the two single variables that matter most. These are patient candidacy, and the skill and experience of the provider. Both Liposuction and fat transfer, have long, steep, learning curve, and doing these procedures well on a consistent basis with predictabl outcomes is far more difficult than most people believe.
Grafting requires following basic tissue grafting principles correctly. Breast fat transfer can increase breast size by approximately 1/2 cup to maximum one cup in rare instances when done exceptionally well, and patients who are ideal candidate. While the procedure can legitimately increase breast, size to a modest degree it does not change breast shape in any meaningful way. It’s very important to understand the problem at hand, and have a clear understanding if a patient needs a procedur The changes the best shape or simply desires, a larger breasts.

There is great variation in outcome, depending on who you choose as your provider. The best way to get accurate assessments and help select. The best provider is by having multiple in person consultations. I recommend patient start by having at least five in person, consultations and consider scheduling more unless they feel very confident that they found the best provider. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients, who had similar body characteristics to your own and God fat transfer is unique in that early results can look for more impressive than final results. It is the patient responsibility to confirm when after pictures were taken and you need to use your own instinct to judge if providers are being honest and showing true representations of their work. For reference and experience provider should have no difficulty showing you at least $.50 a before and after pictures of commonly performed procedures. After pictures should ideally be taken six months from the date of the procedure. Early postoperative pictures are not representative of final results.
Not everybody is a good candidate for Liposuction or fat transfer. Understanding your own candidacy is an important component to making the decision if this is a appropriate procedure to have. When done correctly, the results are still subtle. When done incorrectly, the results can be disfiguring.
