The likely-hood of your procedure being delayed due to a sty in your eye is slim. However it's best to speak with the surgeon doing your surgery because he/she may want to get any issues resolved beforehand just so you do not run into any problems postoperatively. Best of luck!
I agree that this would be unlikely to delay your surgery but you need to check with your plastic surgeon. Typical if someone has a "active and untreated" infection at the time of any operation the risk of infection increases.
