I just received my blood work results the doctor requested I have done before scheduled Lipo/BBL surgery and everything is good within the ranges provided on the results form, all except for my ALT which was elevated. Again all the other tests which mostly determined liver and or kidney functionality are normal. Will this stop me from having my procedure if everything else is normal?

I would say your abdominal area looks quite a bit flatter than your original and your butt definitely has more projection. Also any weight fluctuations after surgery can have a significant effect on the results.
I know it's painful to wait but the best outcome is likely if you hold off until you are done with childbearing. It is possible to go ahead and do all the lipo now and just do the tummy tuck later - a lot of surgeons don't like to do this because it will leave you will hanging skin in the mean...
I think you’ll be fine either way. By far the most important decision is choosing the most qualified provider and having a very clear understanding of what you’re trying to achieve.
The outcomes of these procedures vary substantially among providers.
