BA correction...with complications from EDS. Where do I go from here?

It sounds like you need an internal support placed to help keep the implant in the correct position and not sag.The double bubble also sounds like you need internal support. Make sure you find a surgeon who is board certified in Plastic Surgery and has experience in this area.

I would start by getting a good rheumatologist and getting their green light for any subsequent surgery. After that make sure your well qualified board certified plastic surgeon knows about your past medical history. Use of accelerated dermal matrix may help along with fixing the pockets and mastopexy.
