I had a mastopexy with implants on 6/13/17 and the wound completely dehisced on July 12. What is the next step? (Photo)

I am a 27 year old femLe with no kids. Surgery went well, I came home and felt well. On July 6 I noticed yellow drainage from my right breast and immediately notified my surgeon and saw him in the office on June 8 because the wound started opening. Again i saw him on July 10 for the same issue, only worse. Then again shortly following because the wound completely dehisced. He scheduled surgery for wound closure then cancelled and I'm now using Prisma.

I would recommend removing the implants and closing the wound primarily.  This will shorten your healing time and lead to better scars in the end.  The implants can be replaced at a later date, using a more conservative size.

I agree with the previous answer, you should have the implant removed and allow your breast to heal without the extra tension that comes from a large implant.
