I had a BA and a lift on 6/6/2017. 350 cc round textured implant was placed under the muscle. On 7/10/17 I was at work and my right breast began to get very tight and started swelling fast. I couldn't even move or breathe. PS took me in for surgery 5 hours after the hematoma developed. PS said he has never seen a complication like mine in his 20 years of surgery. I'm scared. What other complications could occur and what precautions can I take to prevent further complications such as contracture?

Answer: Hematoma developed after my BA and lift 5 weeks post-op. What other complications should I expect?
You've got more going on than one breast hanging slightly lower than the other. I do not have the advantage of pre-operative photos or present measurements, but you had "extra" steps, including Mesh and fat grafting, for what most of us would probably simply treat with full breast lift plus...
Your photos show that your breasts look pretty good now with the implant close to being centered behind your nipple. Unfortunately you are starting to look a little bottomed out (implant below scar) at 5 weeks. and you have a relatively large implant. If this is a smooth surface implant it will...
Thank you for your photo and question. I agree with you , it's either a blister or a tear from the tape. You can use neosporin twice a day for 3-4 days and let it stay clean and dry after that.
