Should I massage tear trough area after Juvederm Volbella?

Thankyou for your question.if you can feel lumps i would massage them out as you have upto 7 days.if the lumps are just visible but you cannot feel anything hard they will most likely settle so no massage suggested.If after 2 weeks you are still unhappy i would suggest you see your injector  Hope this helps

Thanks for your question and sorry that you are having the concerns you are having after your procedure.  You can use ice and gentle massage to the area and the swelling should go down – if it does not after two weeks, see your provider and have them inject hyaluronidase to the area to dissolve the filler.  Good luck.

Thank you for your question.  40 hours is too early to tell how Volbella will settle into the tear trough area.  There can still be bruising and swelling from the injections at this point.  It is best to assess the results 1.5-2 weeks post injection. If it is still uneven then, you can determine with your provider if more is needed, or if some needs to be dissolved using hyaluronidase.
