Could the symmetry of my face be improved to make me more photogenic? (photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. I think you can obtain improvement in your facial and lip anatomy with careful placement of dermal fillers. I would advocate for a thick hyaluronic acid like Voluma in your left cheek and a thinner hyaluronic acid like Juvederm for your lips.  This will help improve the volume of soft tissue present along the left side of your face and lips to better balance your right.  Hope this helps.

This being said, most of the asymmetries in the face can be corrected while maintaining a natural look with minimum down-time with combined filler and Botox injection. That said, lip enhancement can create more symmetrical lips.
