I have various asymmetrical features to my face, esp my mouth. I have good self esteem, although I see the issue in any photos, videos. I am considering a move into a profession that requires lot of time in front of a camera. Could my features be adjusted slightly with or without surgery to improve attractiveness on camera?

Thank you for your question. From your photos, it appears that your filler has moved into the tissue of the upper lip. This can be corrected by dissolving the filler with an enzyme known as hyaluronidase. I recommend having a follow up with your injector. Best of Luck!
