Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (cheek implants, chin implant, lip implants), liposuction, Rhinoplasty and/or facelifts for over 30 years. From the photos, your face has the average amount of asymmetry. It's an urban myth that symmetry of the face equates to facial beauty. My facial beauty principles have shown that facial beauty is defined by the aesthetic shape of key facial features that make the face appear: female, male, attractive or less so. As described below, your face has relatively masculine traits making it less feminine that you desire. The good news is that these facial features can be made to appear more feminine, soft and naturally beautiful. From the photos: your cheeks are very flat in the front (left is more flat than the right); the chin is weak; the nose appears thick and masculine with a C-shaped wide bridge and a wide nasal tip that is under rotated (makes the nose appear long); the lips are thin which can impart a stern emotion to the mouth and face (in contrast, full lips with the proper aesthetic proportion can soften the mouth and lower face). These combine to create an elongated, rectangular shaped face. Following my beauty principles, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces. Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front. Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler or using silastic cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks that will feminize the entire face. The lips can be augmented using a dermal filler or lip implants (for a permanent enhancement). Following my beauty principles, the upper lip should be approximately 75 % the size of the lower lip for the lips to appear aesthetically balanced. Finally, a Closed Rhinoplasty can reduce the dorsal hump straighten and refine the nasal tip (thin and slightly elevate the tip). I Hope this helps.
