I would prefer not to have something foreign in me but jaw surgery seems like a lot to fix this issue. I don't want to deal with having to get fillers consistently and want something permanent.
Answer: Chin Augmentation Using Fillers and Botox Hello,In my experience, a well balanced look is when the lower lip and apex of the chin are aligned. In your case, I believe you would benefit from filler in the chin to create more protrusion and therefore more balance. I suggest starting with a non-permanent filler to make sure you are happy with the look (such as Radiesse or Juvederm), and then moving on to something more permanent, like Bellafill, if you are satisfied. In addition to that, Botox will also be beneficial to help smooth out the "orange peel" look of the muscle. Unfortunately Botox will have to be maintained every 3 or 4 months, but can possibly have a longer lasting effect if treated consecutively for a year or so. I believe a combination of those two treatments will give you a very nice look!Best of luck,Dr. Alexander Rivkin

Answer: Chin Augmentation with Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) sculptra, implants, fat, surgery I recommend getting a formal consultation with a facial contouring expert. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm), Sculptra, can give improvement and would allow you to try on the look before committing to a permanent option like implants, fat or surgery. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Non-surgical approaches to the chin and jawline The photo of your chin shows me two things: a very hyperactive muscle that is easily treated with Botox or similar neurotoxin which will smooth out and stop the "orange skin" appearance. Secondly, the selfie photo greatly distorts the appearance of the chin and I don't think it wise to suggest any further treatment until you are seen in person by a trained and experienced facial plastic surgeon. I personally now prefer a number of both soft tissue and more permanent "bone replacement" fillers that can often and eventually give you the jaw line you want without surgery.

Answer: I have lip incompetence and orange peel chin you have a chin that is long vertically and short horizontally. Just using a chin implant might make your jaw look too big, If you want you can try out the look with HA fillers and see how you like it. The better solution is having a maxillofacial surgeon lengthen your chin horizontally and shorten it verticlally
