Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Though your picture offers a limited view of the entirety of your lip I do not see a significant asymmetry.  If you are referring to the border where the red of the lip meets the paler skin this can not be corrected by fillers alone as the coloration is due to your inherent genetics.  If it is a volume discrepancy, or position related issue, this may be improved with placement of a dermal filler. You already have very beautiful lips.
Minor asymmetry to me is not that important and is not going to affect your beauty, but if it bothers you, that can easily be dressed by a little bit of dermal filler and/or Botox. 
Dermal filler will shape and raise and Botox will turn. So your physician can decide based on your exam to use which combination.
