Hi , I'm recovery well from my BA. Had couple of issues which resolved as my body got better and adapted. I was wondering if participating in spinning classes would be appropriate for me at this stage of recovery please ?

Answer: Spinning class after breast augmentation Typically it is okay to do a stationary bike 4 weeks after breast augmentation. However, since you said you have had some issues, I would highly recommend consulting your doctor to find out if they have released you this type of aerobic activity. Answer: Spin class Hello,Each Plastic Surgeon will have their preferred timelines for restrictions so I recommend that you check with your Surgeon, however I allow cardio activity after 3 weeks provided that all is healing well.All the best!

Answer: Spin class Most women are recovered well enough from surgery to have no restrictions at 6 weeks. However, ask your surgeon when spin class is best for you. Your surgeon has checked you and knows how well you are healing. No one over the Internet can do that.

Answer: Resuming a spinning class should be no problem for weeks after a breast augmentation. In my practice this would certainly be permitted but specific instructions should come only from your plastic surgeon.
