I'm in Maryland. Need appx cost of arm lift/ lipo , flank lipo/lift, and breast lift. I have back rolls/ thick arms, and flattened breasts. Don't really want the arm lift scars, but probably need one. I've lost 30 ponds but have had big arms and flank rolls for 15+ years. I've been trying fix them with weights but it's hopeless.

Answer: Surgery All the liposuction can be done at the same time. Some will do the arm lift and the breast lift together as well. Usually, the flanks do not need lifting. You might do well with minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion and not need the lifts.

Answer: Combine procedures The amount of surgery that’s appropriate in one setting is determined by each provider. A breast lift and arm lift with some Liposuction is probably appropriate. The amount of Liposuction may vary substantially from person to person with the areas you’ve included. And the beast people this may hit 5 L which is the most Liposuction most plastic surgeons will do in one procedure. Maxing out on Liposuction and then adding additional procedures, may be pushing the envelope to far. Without including pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment. Each plastic surgeon will have their own view on what’s appropriate. I suggest having multiple inperson consultations with plastic surgeons in your community to get an accurate assessment and better understanding of what each procedure can’t. I cannot accomplish as well as what are appropriate combined procedures to do in a single session. There is no yes or no answer to your question. Best Mats Hagstrom MD
