I recently had facial fat grafting. The donor site was my thighs. Post procedure, I have a small bulge of fat on one thigh. Are there any non surgical fat reduction procedures that could held even out this lump?
Answer: Fat Liposuction is probably the best choice, but you could try Cool Sculpting. this does not always work nor does it work uniformly in many. Excess fat could also be injected to absorb that area, but it may also not always be uniform.

Answer: Morpheus A solution that we recommend would be Morpheus8, it combines high frequency and micro needling to boost collagen and burn fat under the surface of the skin and may help to dissolve some of the unwanted fat in your thigh area. Please be sure to let them know your individual situation so the provider doesn't perform the same amount of energy on both of your thighs as you are looking for more result in one than the other.

Answer: Non-Surgical vs. Micro-Liposuction: Contouring After Fat Grafting Hello KRAMONKE9, I appreciate the details you've provided, along with your photos, regarding your interest in contouring options for the donor site post fat grafting. For non-surgical interventions, Kybella is indeed a potential option. Kybella is designed to target and break down isolated fat pockets. However, it's essential to note that it might necessitate multiple sessions and can be quite costly. Additionally, precision in targeting the exact fat areas can be challenging with Kybella. Having said that, for most accurate and efficient results, isolated micro-liposuction is the approach I'd typically recommend. The consensus among many plastic surgeons is that targeted micro-liposuction offers more definitive and satisfying outcomes, especially when compared to Kybella injections for contouring the donor site, such as the one you've indicated on your upper inner thigh. Thank you for bringing up this concern. I hope this information aids you in making an informed decision. Wishing you all the best in your contouring journey. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: It's not a bulge It is a hollow, and possibly a skin wave due to loss of internal fascial support. What this likely doesn't need is more liposuction, or a non-surgical fat reducer like Coolsculpting or Vanquish (unless you're willing to do the other thigh). Fillers is a bad idea too, except possibly fat, which I doubt you're interested in. The problem here is that fat has become such a precious commodity and liposuction is such a 'simple' surgical procedure to perform technically that every guy and gal in town offers it. Facial plastic surgeons (and general plastic surgeons who focus on the face) are less concerned about donor site defects than the recipient site. You'll need to be evaluated to get the best answer to your question, but it isn't going to be non-surgical.
