A solution that we recommend would be Morpheus8, it combines high frequency and micro needling to boost collagen and burn fat under the surface of the skin and may help to dissolve some of the unwanted fat in your thigh area. Please be sure to let them know your individual situation so the provider doesn't perform the same amount of energy on both of your thighs as you are looking for more result in one than the other.

It is a hollow, and possibly a skin wave due to loss of internal fascial support. What this likely doesn't need is more liposuction, or a non-surgical fat reducer like Coolsculpting or Vanquish (unless you're willing to do the other thigh). Fillers is a bad idea too, except possibly fat, which I doubt you're interested in. The problem here is that fat has become such a precious commodity and liposuction is such a 'simple' surgical procedure to perform technically that every guy and gal in town offers it. Facial plastic surgeons (and general plastic surgeons who focus on the face) are less concerned about donor site defects than the recipient site.
