I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. Just based on your photo, you appear to have internal fat which is never removed with surgery, but with weight loss. For the depression, you could have a small fat transfer or Sculptra injections to help build more collagen in that area. it would take several treatments with Sculptra. An examination would be needed to see what potentially could be done.

If you’re having pain issues then you may want to consider not having further surgical intervention. You should go back to Sonobello and discuss your concerns with them since that’s where you had your surgery done.If you want us to give you an assessment then you need to post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have them then ask Sonobello to forward them to you.We can’t make an assessment unless we know what was done.Try reposting.from the single picture you posted it looks like you have access intra-abdominal fat which can only be lost through weight loss. Sonobello is a chain and it is owned by a business person, not a plastic surgeon. it is a very different experience, than going to a board certified plastic surgeon.it appears from your picture (though you need more and better pictures) that a good part of your poor results, is because much of your fat is intra-abdominal (can only be sure with an in-person consult). there is no reason though, why you should be having pain from the procedure this far out. i would see a pain specialist and i would not recommend doing any further procedures until you get your pain issues resolved!!!! david berman md
