Botched 20 years ago. Tried to get it fixed 8 years ago which left me even further botched. Uneven saddle bags, right buttocks hangs quite a bit lower with no support, faint lines on right side of upper thigh. Worst decision of my life! I should have just embraced my saddle bags instead of trying to remove them because it's just a big mess now.

Answer: How to properly present on real self Your picture doesn’t include your saddlebags. There’s a line drawn underneath the skin fold sometimes called the banana roll. You haven’t defined the problem very well.If you want to get an assessment then we need much better information. This starts by getting before and after pictures from your two previous surgeries. If you don’t have them then contact those offices and request your before and after pictures. You need to show before and after from each procedure. You need to use anatomically correct terminology both in describing what you don’t like and what you wish you could have. All people are asymmetrical. If this is related to natural asymmetry then that’s quite different than if it’s the outcome of the surgery. This is why before pictures are so important. No one is going to give you a single precise surgical intervention but instead give you vague answers like “you need to come in for an a valuation”.I give precise recommendations regularly on real self and I’m willing to put my name on the line and express my true opinion but I do so only for posts that are well written. Showing incomplete pictures and using terminology like “further botched”doesn’t help us very much.It would also behoove you to have the operative reports of the two procedures you’ve had.Without a clear and precise understanding of what the problem is any provider attempting further surgical intervention will be shooting in the dark and will most likely simply continue to make things worse.first things first. That means making an accurate assessment. In other words make a diagnosis of what the true problem or problems are.Once you understand what the problem is then you can begin to think of solutions.being botched may be a problem for you but it’s not something we have specific treatments for.having had too much fat removed from a single area is a situation we may be able to correct.I think you get my point. S will most likely be stated by the other doctors who answer you should focus and devote time and attention to in person consultations.please bring the information I listed above. You need all before and after pictures and operative reports.consider starting with 10 in person consultations with local senior board-certified plastic surgeons.expect to hear a variety of different recommendations. This hapens when people don’t know what the true underlying problem is.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
