Is there any way to fix this poorly done “banana roll” liposuction that has left my butt with a saggy side profile?

I need a little bit more info on your situation. was there liposuction done on the top of your buttocks as well? or just the bottom? I have worked on this type of complication and it can certainly be made better. I do not think that direct excision (surgical removal) is a good option for you. lemme know please if I can be of help

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
