The skin around my outer lips/chin looks like it's beginning to droop or sag as I age and lose facial volume. It's leaving a kind of bulldog on the outer mouth, and now there creases and veins visible bilaterally. What procedure would pull up the blossoming jowls? Is there a way to address the veins, too? I fear adding filler to my lower face to cover the veins would make the pouching effect worse. I'm 35 and fair skinned. Have had lip filler and botox to plump wrinkled, thin lips in Jan.

This is part of your facial features. Keep it.
Its dynamic and most likely only appears when you smile.
Subtle filler can help, but less is more.
I would leave it as it is....
