I recently had my second experience with Dr. Massiel Guzmán, and I couldn't be happier with the results and the overall care I received. From the very beginning, Dr. Massiel has shown an incredible warmth and genuine concern for my well-being. Her staff, including the secretaries and assistants, have been equally amazing. They ensured that I felt supported throughout the entire process, especially during my recovery. I never felt like I was alone; they were always there to answer my questions and provide reassurance. Now that I am in my third week post-surgery, I am starting to see the results, and I feel excellent about how everything is progressing. I had my surgery yesterday 3/5/25 at 6am. Dr Dr. Dra Massiel Cruz is an amazing Dr. she is gentil, realistic, explains everything and she speaks very good English so that helps a lot. The office is relatively small especially since I live in 5500 square foot home. I felt like it was so small and was scared if I made the right decision but talking to her and her team made me feel very comfortable. It's small but cozy. However, the surgery was done somewhere else so it really didn't matter. The surgery was as scheduled. I will write my results next time since today is day one for me but everything is great so far. She is kind and true to her words. First day I arrived, pnumplogist, Xray tech, lab's wore drown, Doppler to make sure I don't have blood clot. The second day, I met with the anesthesiologist, they told me that I couldn't get my arms and legs liposuctioned due to my phenology being 12.5. It had to be 13 or above she said. I got it done today so we will see.

I love this doctor so much ! The office and staff was amazing! The after care and all questions were answered right away ,they were with me 1000 percent there with me from before surgury and after the doctor is angel !she checked on me so much and I definitely recommend her . My results are just what I wanted and more!!!thank you so much Dra Massiel Guzmán I love you

Above my expectations! I couldn't have picked a better doctor and team to trust with my life in their hands! Coming all the way from Canada and not knowing fully what to expect...just know if you are going with this Dr. You have nothing to worry about you will recieve the results you are praying for!

My experience from beginning to end was the best. Dra. Massiel and her entire team were lovely to work with from beginning to end. I underwent a BR and TT, my result are beautiful. Dra. Massiel is realistic, honest and her #1 priority is your safety while still producing beautiful results. I felt safe every step of the way and will always recommend her to everyone who asks.

Estoy muy feliz porque tomé la decisión de realizarme mastopexia sin implantes con la Dra. Massiel Excelente trabajo, me siento satisfecha y cumplió lo prometido, superó mis expectativas. Su trato amable es lo más destacable, así como la tranquilidad y cuidados. Realmente no es fácil tomar la decisión de entrar en un quirófano para retocar tu cuerpo, pero después de la primera consulta con el equipo médico de la Dra. Massiel cambia tu estado de nervios por una operación, tanto ella como las chicas fueron maravillosas. Las explicaciones sobre todo lo que puede suceder son extraordinarias y la cercanía de la Dra. hizo que todo fuese más sencillo. El trato es especial, el seguimiento después de la operación insuperable podría decir que exclusivo. Recomiendo a todo el mundo operarse con este gran equipo médico de mujeres exitosas!

La doctora es magnífica, las atenciones y seguimiento lo mejor, nunca me sentí sola en todo el proceso, siempre ella y su espectacular equipo me respondieron todas mis dudas. La recomiendo 100% y sin duda me volvería a operar con ella.

I went to her because the prices here in the states are outrageous. She is the sweetest most professional surgeon. Very knowledgeable and continued care via phone after I got back home. Saving up enough for breast reduction. Thank you so much, I feel like my old self again.
