How can I remove a facial dimple? (Photos)

This is part of your facial features. Keep it.
Its dynamic and most likely only appears when you smile.
Subtle filler can help, but less is more.
I would leave it as it is....

i always say less is more! meaning i think you look great and very cute with the dimple. there is no photo of you not smiling. if you try to cover this with filler you need to compromise the fact that when not smiling you may see some elevation in the skin in the dimple area. A little bit of filler to reduce (soften) th dimple would likely work better than trying to get rid of it. Bottom line: i would like to see you leave it alone.Good luck!   

Dimples are distinctive and youthful.  In fact, I try to rediscover them on my patients.  With age, dimples get lost in wrinkles and when you can recreate them the patient looks younger and yes, cuter.  Your face is very attractive and I would be very cautious about using filler to diminish this attractive feature. Asymmetry is also a natural feature and even though we try to make the face more symmetric, perfect symmetry looks bizarre. Try putting two right sides of your face together digitally and you will see what I mean.  I would caution you to use restraint and find a doctor who does the same so that you can be attractive throughout your life.  All the best to you.  Alexis Parker MD
