Thank you for sharing photos.The folds and ridges in the neck are may get better within the next 3 to 6 months as with any procedure, it can take up to a year for everything to fall into place. I recommend some ultrasound treatments and/or gentle massages with a warm compress in the area to see if this improves.Best of luck!
