Type 1 Diabetes, Hba1c & breast augmentation. What is considered an acceptable hba1c?

Hi, can somebody please tell me what is considered an acceptable hba1c for a breast augmentation? I have got mine down to 7.4% is this classed as too high? I am hoping to get it done next month.
