A mommy makeover is a customized combination of breast enhancement and body contouring procedures, tailored to each individual patient. Women who have experienced a loss of volume in the breasts may opt for a breast augmentation, with or without a mastopexy (or breast lift) to address sagging. To remove excess fat and loose abdominal skin, a combination of liposuction and a tummy tuck might be included. During a tummy tuck, the ab muscles are also tightened and repaired, which makes it a fantastic procedure for women who have experienced diastasis recti (or muscle separation) after giving birth. I specialize in both aesthetic and reconstructive breast enhancement procedures. Patients who are interested in increasing the size of their breasts commonly choose to undergo breast augmentation surgery, with saline or silicone gel implants. Breast augmentation can also bring balance to disproportionate breasts, allowing clothes to fit better and giving patients renewed confidence. If sagging is an issue, a breast lift can be done, either alone or in conjunction with augmentation. I have a lot of experience correcting congenital breast deformities and asymmetries, as well as performing breast implant revision surgery.
I also have expertise in nipple procedures (such as areola reduction) and breast reconstruction surgery. I’m proud to have helped so many patients who have undergone a mastectomy or lumpectomy. Prior to having the procedure done, I had a lot of hang-ups about it; it’s a heavy decision. If you are reading this review, I imagine you might have some of the same concerns. But I am glad that I went through with it, and I am glad I chose Dr. Amalfi as my provider.

Dr. Amalfi did an amazing job on my full tummy tuck with lipo. I am incredibly happy with my results! Her belly button technique looks so natural and my natural curves compliment her sculpting and lipo work. Would highly recommend her if you are looking for natural, amazing results and want to feel confident as a mom!
