I had Motiva implants and was told they were high profile but really they're medium profile. Any suggestions?

I had Motiva implants and was told they would high profile and it even says it on the my notes and now I've found that they are really medum profile and they have drop and are to heavy on the bottom I've had uplift also so I know I should have had high profile implants is there anything I can about it and will my surgeon replace them for free ? As so not happy at all
