I had Motiva implants and was told they would high profile and it even says it on the my notes and now I've found that they are really medum profile and they have drop and are to heavy on the bottom I've had uplift also so I know I should have had high profile implants is there anything I can about it and will my surgeon replace them for free ? As so not happy at all

I know it's frustrating, but your surgeon is right. It can take 3-6 months for your breasts to fully heal and drop/settle and it is very common for each breast to do so at a different rate. Best, Dr. Nazarian
I do not believe the brand of implant will make any difference in capsular contracture. Singular is believed to help prevent capular contractures, but it is not approved for that. Placement of strattice is the best chance of resolving the problem.
