No peeling skin after CO2 laser. Is this normal?

I just had my CO2 laser fractional done 7days ago for my acne scars and ice pick scars. After 5days all my scabs has dropped and my acne scars getting lighten. My skin tone getting even as well. During the healing process my skin did not peel at all but feel itchy. I wonder whether is this normal? Because most of people who did this laser will have skin peeling.

CO2 laser recovery depends on the depth of the treatment and the quality of your skin.  Modern fractionated CO2 laser recovery may look exactly like you describe without extensive peeling or sloughing of skin.  As long as you and your provider have the same expectations and satisfaction with results, then enjoy the lack of peeling!
