As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thank you for your question. Fractional CO2 Laser Resurfacing is good for tightening eyelid skin and improving surface texture, but significant laxity is best addressed by skin excision (blepharoplasty). Part of the lasered skin is new and part of it is old so it is difficult to say how long the results will last in your case; this really depends on the properties of your skin and aggressiveness of treatment. Laser resurfacing does not work as well on folds as it does on lines or texture, so whoever evaluates you should also have surgical and soft tissue fillers experience. I hope this helps!
Fractional CO2 is an excellent option for tightening eyelids and toning the lines around the area. Downtime would be about a week. And yes, it can work similarly for slight jowls. Results and duration of effect will vary based on your skin type, age, genetics, intensity of treatment and aftercare. I have patients who maintain their improvement for 5 years after treatment, with the correct maintenance skin-care regime and perhaps some botulinum toxin injections. Your local laser dermatologist or ophthalmologist should be able to guide you through this. All the best.

Thank you for your question. Healing from a CO2 laser can take from 5 days to 4 weeks depending on how strong a treatment you received. There are no photos to view. 8 days after laser resurfacing is too early in the healing phase. Discuss ypur concerns with ypur surgeon.
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful...
Thank you for your question, Every doctor has a different protocol post-Laser treatment. My patients can start washing their face at 24 hours post-treatment with a non agressive soap without perfume. To answer your specific questions: I don't think you would have bad effects from the fact...
The areas that you are concerned about are secondary to overlap of treatment areas. You are still quite early in your recovery peroid, and with diligent treatment this should resolve. Typically, this condition can improve with skin lightening agents and steroid creams. I...
For my patients who are experiencing breakouts, I always recommend that they try the Alyria skincare line as it has great cleansers, moisturizers, cream exfoliators etc. These products help to dry out and clear problematic skin. I would also suggest that you visit your physician or a...
